My name is Caroline D’Silva and I created LitchiBox in 2011 in Strasbourg, France.

After spending the first 10 years of my career in managerial positions in marketing, sales and project management in multinational organisations in several countries (India, USA, UK France…), I understood the importance of meaningful and impactful communication in relationship-building, cross-cultural project management and liberating career prospects.

I oriented my career towards Executive Coaching, training and workshop facilitation. My areas of expertise include: Intercultural Management, Train the Trainer, Performance Coaching and Communication Coaching.

Why the name Litchibox? The Litchi has a unique, nuanced flavour that is instantly recognisable. For me, it symbolises intuition, singularity, uniqueness, individuality. The Box is about structure, analysis, method, and the collective.

For my clients, these notions are at the centre of the work we do together.

I have accompanied over 1000 clients from more than 20 companies and organisations, including the European Union, the European Institute of Public Administration, the Council of Europe, the pharmaceutical sector, the banking sector and the legal sector.

I work in English and French, online and in person.

My objective is to help you clarify your objectives, identify your resources and possible solutions and above all encourage you to take action.
My approach to facilitating, coaching and training is strongly influenced by my international experience and is based on:

  • A constructive yet challenging approach, in an atmosphere of confidence and positive energy

  • A pragmatic approach which includes questions about purpose and implementation. “So What?” is one of my favourite questions to ask you
